How to connect HeyGen and AITable
Create a New Scenario to Connect HeyGen and AITable
In the workspace, click the “Create New Scenario” button.
Add the First Step
Add the first node – a trigger that will initiate the scenario when it receives the required event. Triggers can be scheduled, called by a HeyGen, triggered by another scenario, or executed manually (for testing purposes). In most cases, HeyGen or AITable will be your first step. To do this, click "Choose an app," find HeyGen or AITable, and select the appropriate trigger to start the scenario.

Next, click the plus (+) icon on the HeyGen node, select AITable from the list of available apps, and choose the action you need from the list of nodes within AITable.

Authenticate AITable
Now, click the AITable node and select the connection option. This can be an OAuth2 connection or an API key, which you can obtain in your AITable settings. Authentication allows you to use AITable through Latenode.
Configure the HeyGen and AITable Nodes
Next, configure the nodes by filling in the required parameters according to your logic. Fields marked with a red asterisk (*) are mandatory.

Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring HeyGen, AITable, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the HeyGen and AITable integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between HeyGen and AITable (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect HeyGen and AITable
HeyGen + AITable + Slack: When a new video is created in HeyGen, the video details are added to a new record in AITable. Then, a message is sent to a Slack channel notifying the marketing team about the new video and providing a link to the AITable record.
AITable + HeyGen + Google Drive: When a new record is created in AITable, a video is generated in HeyGen using the data from the record. The generated video is then saved to a specified folder in Google Drive.
