Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Hive and Google Analytics integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Hive and Google Analytics (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Hive and Google Analytics

Google Analytics + Hive + Slack: Monitors Google Analytics for specific events, like a sudden drop in traffic, and triggers a message in a designated Slack channel via Hive, informing the team of the issue for immediate action.

Google Analytics + Google Sheets + Hive: Retrieves data from Google Analytics, stores it in a Google Sheet for historical tracking, and then triggers an action in Hive with insights based on that data.
