Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Hive and Google Drive integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Hive and Google Drive (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Hive and Google Drive

Hive + Google Drive + Slack: When a new project is created in Hive, a corresponding folder is created in Google Drive to store project documents. A notification is then sent to a designated Slack channel to inform the team about the new project and its associated Drive folder.

Google Drive + Hive + Zoom: When a new meeting recording is completed and saved in Google Drive, a task is automatically created in Hive to review the recording. The Hive task includes a link to the recording in Google Drive. Subsequently, a Zoom meeting is scheduled.
