How to connect Jibble and Airparser

Create a New Scenario to Connect Jibble and Airparser

In the workspace, click the β€œCreate New Scenario” button.

Add the First Step

Add the first node – a trigger that will initiate the scenario when it receives the required event. Triggers can be scheduled, called by a Jibble, triggered by another scenario, or executed manually (for testing purposes). In most cases, Jibble or Airparser will be your first step. To do this, click "Choose an app," find Jibble or Airparser, and select the appropriate trigger to start the scenario.

Add the Jibble Node

Select the Jibble node from the app selection panel on the right.

Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Jibble, Airparser, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking β€œRun once” and triggering an event to check if the Jibble and Airparser integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Jibble and Airparser (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Jibble and Airparser

Jibble + Airparser + Google Sheets: When a new clock in or out event is recorded in Jibble, Airparser extracts relevant data from a document, then the extracted data is added as a new row in a Google Sheet for payroll processing.

Airparser + Jibble + QuickBooks: When a new document is uploaded to Airparser, it parses timesheet data. This data is then cross-referenced with Jibble attendance records to verify employee hours. Finally, verified hours are sent to QuickBooks to create invoices.
