Depending on your setup, data should flow between Jibble and Amazon SES (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Jibble and Amazon SES
Jibble + Amazon SES + Slack: When a new clock in or out event is recorded in Jibble, the workflow compiles a summary of employee attendance and hours worked. This summary is then sent as a daily email to managers via Amazon SES and also posted to a dedicated Slack channel for quick review.
Jibble + Amazon SES + Google Sheets: Every time an email is created and sent via Amazon SES (presumably in response to a Jibble trigger), the automation logs the email's delivery status, alongside relevant employee time tracking data from Jibble, into a Google Sheet. This allows for easy reporting on both attendance and email delivery effectiveness.
