Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Jibble, Booqable, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Jibble and Booqable integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Jibble and Booqable (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Jibble and Booqable
Jibble + Booqable + Slack: When an employee clocks in using Jibble, and a rental item is due back soon in Booqable, a message is sent to a designated Slack channel to notify managers of the employee's clock-in and the upcoming return.
Booqable + Jibble + Google Calendar: When a product's availability changes in Booqable, an event is created in Google Calendar with the equipment return deadline. Jibble is used to track and include the staff's timesheet hours related to equipment preparation and return in the calendar event description.
