Jibble + CloudTalk + Slack: When an employee clocks in or out via Jibble, their work hours are logged. This triggers a search for call activity in CloudTalk for the same employee. A daily summary including work hours and call activity is then sent to a designated Slack channel.
CloudTalk + Jibble + Google Sheets: When a new call is recorded in CloudTalk, the workflow tracks the agent's time via Jibble by searching for their latest clock in/out record. Call details and agent time are then logged into a Google Sheet for analysis.
