In the workspace, click the βCreate New Scenarioβ button.

Add the first node β a trigger that will initiate the scenario when it receives the required event. Triggers can be scheduled, called by a Jibble, triggered by another scenario, or executed manually (for testing purposes). In most cases, Jibble or Cloze will be your first step. To do this, click "Choose an app," find Jibble or Cloze, and select the appropriate trigger to start the scenario.

Select the Jibble node from the app selection panel on the right.

After configuring Jibble, Cloze, and any additional nodes, donβt forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Run the scenario by clicking βRun onceβ and triggering an event to check if the Jibble and Cloze integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Jibble and Cloze (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Jibble + Slack + Cloze: When an employee clocks out using Jibble, a notification is sent to a manager in Slack with the clock out time, and a communication record is added to Cloze.
Cloze + Jibble + Google Calendar: When a new deal is closed in Cloze, a Google Calendar event is created. Jibble is not directly used to estimate meeting time but could provide relevant data for future time estimation improvements.
