Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Jibble, Fotor, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Jibble and Fotor integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Jibble and Fotor (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Jibble and Fotor
Jibble + Fotor + Slack: When a new employee clocks in via Jibble, Fotor generates an AI headshot. This image is then sent to a designated Slack channel to announce the new starter.
Fotor + Jibble + Google Drive: When a photo is edited in Fotor (presumably an employee photo), the workflow retrieves the employee ID from Jibble. The edited photo is then uploaded to Google Drive, and a folder is created with the Jibble ID.
