Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Jibble, Google Drive, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Jibble and Google Drive integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Jibble and Google Drive (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Jibble and Google Drive
Jibble + Google Drive + Slack: When a new clock in or out event occurs in Jibble, the timesheet data is compiled monthly and archived as a file in a specified Google Drive folder. A notification is then sent to the HR team on Slack.
Jibble + Google Drive + Google Sheets: On new clock in or out in Jibble, the timesheet data is backed up to a file in Google Drive. That data is then summarized in Google Sheets for payroll processing.
