Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Jibble, Gravity Forms, and any additional nodes, donโ€™t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking โ€œRun onceโ€ and triggering an event to check if the Jibble and Gravity Forms integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Jibble and Gravity Forms (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Jibble and Gravity Forms

Gravity Forms + Jibble + Slack: When a new timesheet is submitted via Gravity Forms, the information is used to clock the employee in or out in Jibble. A summary of the clock in/out event is then sent to a designated Slack channel.

Gravity Forms + Jibble + Google Sheets: When employees submit timesheets through Gravity Forms, the data is automatically used to create or update entries in Jibble. Simultaneously, the same data is added as a new row in a Google Sheet for record-keeping and reporting.
