Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Lark, Airparser, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking β€œRun once” and triggering an event to check if the Lark and Airparser integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Lark and Airparser (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Lark and Airparser

Lark + Airparser + Google Sheets: When a new message containing an invoice is received in a Lark group chat, Airparser extracts the data from the attached document. This data is then added as a new row in a specified Google Sheet for accounting purposes.

Airparser + Lark + Slack: When Airparser identifies urgent issues in a document, a notification is sent to relevant Lark groups and a dedicated Slack channel to alert the team of the issue.
