Depending on your setup, data should flow between Lark and Docusign (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Lark and Docusign

Lark + Docusign + Google Sheets: When a new message in Lark triggers a contract to be sent via Docusign using a template, the details of the signed contract are then added as a new row to a Google Sheet for tracking.

Docusign + Lark + Salesforce: When a contract is signed in Docusign, a message is sent to a Lark group chat for approval. Upon approval (currently simulated by a new message in the Lark group chat), the related opportunity in Salesforce is updated.
