Depending on your setup, data should flow between Launch27 and Gravity Forms (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Launch27 and Gravity Forms
Launch27 + Gravity Forms + Slack: When a new cleaning booking is created in Launch27, the flow retrieves corresponding client details from Gravity Forms using an entry ID or similar identifier. The combined information about the booking and the client is then sent as a team update to a designated Slack channel.
Gravity Forms + Launch27 + Google Sheets: When a form is submitted in Gravity Forms, the flow captures the client's information and service requests. It also fetches booking details from Launch27, if available. All captured data, including client info, service requests, and booking details, is then logged into a Google Sheets spreadsheet for record-keeping and analysis.
