Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Lessonspace, Sendgrid, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Lessonspace and Sendgrid integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Lessonspace and Sendgrid (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Lessonspace and Sendgrid

Lessonspace + Google Sheets + Sendgrid: When a Lessonspace session ends, its details are logged to a Google Sheet. Sendgrid then sends a follow-up email based on the session details recorded in the sheet.

Sendgrid + Calendly + Lessonspace: When a specific email is sent through Sendgrid (determined by trigger conditions), schedule a follow-up Lessonspace session via Calendly by creating a new event. This event will then trigger a Lessonspace session creation.
