Most powerful ways to connect LiveChat and Calendly
LiveChat + Calendly + Google Sheets: When a new chat inquiry comes in, the information is logged in Google Sheets. If a meeting is subsequently scheduled via Calendly, that information is also added to the same Google Sheet, providing a central location for reporting.
Calendly + LiveChat + Slack: When a meeting is booked through Calendly, a message is sent to a designated Slack channel to notify LiveChat agents of the new booking. This allows agents to be aware of urgent meeting requests and potentially prepare for related inquiries.
