Most powerful ways to connect LiveChat and Converter
LiveChat + Converter + Google Sheets: When a chat is deactivated in LiveChat, the transcript is converted to text. Key data, such as customer name and chat summary, are then added as a new row in Google Sheets for analysis.
Converter + LiveChat + Slack: When a new audio file (voicemail) is uploaded, it's converted to text using the Converter app. The transcript is then sent to a LiveChat agent, and a notification with the transcript is sent to a designated Slack channel.
