Depending on your setup, data should flow between LiveChat and Deepgram (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect LiveChat and Deepgram
LiveChat + Deepgram + Zendesk: When a LiveChat conversation ends, the chat transcript is sent to Deepgram to be transcribed. If the transcription contains negative keywords (needs to be configured), a new Zendesk ticket is created to address the negative feedback.
LiveChat + Deepgram + Slack: When a LiveChat conversation ends, the audio from the chat is transcribed using Deepgram. If specific keywords are detected in the transcription, a message is sent to a dedicated Slack channel to alert relevant personnel to urgent issues.
