Depending on your setup, data should flow between LiveChat and Drip (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect LiveChat and Drip
LiveChat + Drip + Google Sheets: When a chat is deactivated in LiveChat, the transcript data and user email are sent to Drip to create or update the subscriber's profile. The subscriber data is then added as a new row in Google Sheets for record-keeping.
Drip + LiveChat + Slack: When a subscriber is added to a campaign in Drip, find if the subscriber exists as a LiveChat user by their email, then send a message in Slack to the sales team, including the subscriber's information and a link to their LiveChat profile (if found) for follow-up.
