Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring LiveChat, Feedly, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the LiveChat and Feedly integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between LiveChat and Feedly (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect LiveChat and Feedly

LiveChat + Feedly + Slack: When a chat is deactivated in LiveChat, this automation searches for relevant articles in Feedly based on keywords from the chat. It then sends these articles to a dedicated Slack channel to keep the team informed about customer issues and relevant content.

Feedly + LiveChat + Google Sheets: This flow watches for new articles in Feedly that mention competitor products. Whenever such an article is found, a new row is added to a Google Sheet, which can then be used in LiveChat for agents to quickly access competitive intelligence during customer interactions.
