Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the LiveChat and Giphy integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between LiveChat and Giphy (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect LiveChat and Giphy
LiveChat + Giphy + Slack: When a chat is deactivated in LiveChat, indicating a conversation's end, and the thread is tagged with 'satisfied', a random GIF is fetched from Giphy. This GIF is then sent to a specified Slack channel to celebrate positive customer interactions.
LiveChat + Giphy + Google Sheets: When a chat is deactivated in LiveChat, retrieve the GIFs that were sent during the conversation using a custom script within LiveChat (not directly supported by the provided actions). Log these GIFs (assuming they can be extracted from the chat transcript) along with a timestamp and the customer's ID into a Google Sheet for analysis.
