Add the First Step
Add the first node – a trigger that will initiate the scenario when it receives the required event. Triggers can be scheduled, called by a LiveChat, triggered by another scenario, or executed manually (for testing purposes). In most cases, LiveChat or Gmail will be your first step. To do this, click "Choose an app," find LiveChat or Gmail, and select the appropriate trigger to start the scenario.

Select the LiveChat node from the app selection panel on the right.

Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the LiveChat and Gmail integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between LiveChat and Gmail (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
LiveChat + Gmail + Google Sheets: When a chat is deactivated in LiveChat, the transcript is summarized and emailed to a support manager via Gmail, and the full transcript is saved to a Google Sheet for record-keeping.
Gmail + LiveChat + Slack: When a new email is received in Gmail, the flow checks for high-priority keywords. If a keyword is found, a notification is sent to a Slack channel, and a new chat is initiated in LiveChat to address the email's content.
