LiveChat + Magento 2(OpenSource) + Google Sheets: When a chat is deactivated in LiveChat, the automation retrieves order details from Magento 2 using customer information from the chat. This information, along with the chat transcript, is then added as a new row in a Google Sheet for sales analysis.
Magento 2(OpenSource) + LiveChat + Slack: When a new order is placed in Magento 2, the automation checks if the customer initiates a chat via LiveChat. If a chat is initiated, a notification is sent to a designated Slack channel, alerting the support team about a customer potentially needing assistance with their recent order.
