Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking βRun onceβ and triggering an event to check if the LiveChat and Mailhook integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between LiveChat and Mailhook (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect LiveChat and Mailhook
LiveChat + Mailhook + Slack: When a new email arrives via Mailhook, the flow checks if the sender is a user who has interacted with LiveChat. If a matching user is found (based on email), a message is sent to a designated Slack channel to notify about the new email from the LiveChat user.
Mailhook + LiveChat + Google Sheets: When an email is received via Mailhook, the flow saves the email content and any available related LiveChat conversation details into a new row in a Google Sheet. This allows for analysis of email content and corresponding customer interactions.
