Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring LiveChat, Microsoft Outlook, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking β€œRun once” and triggering an event to check if the LiveChat and Microsoft Outlook integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between LiveChat and Microsoft Outlook (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect LiveChat and Microsoft Outlook

LiveChat + Google Sheets + Microsoft Outlook: When a chat is deactivated in LiveChat, the chat transcript is added as a new row in Google Sheets. A summary of the chat and a link to the Google Sheet is then emailed via Microsoft Outlook.

Microsoft Outlook + LiveChat + Slack: When an urgent email arrives in Microsoft Outlook, the content is sent as a message to a LiveChat agent. A Slack notification is also sent to a dedicated support channel to alert the team.
