After configuring LiveChat, Quickbase, and any additional nodes, donβt forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking βRun onceβ and triggering an event to check if the LiveChat and Quickbase integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between LiveChat and Quickbase (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect LiveChat and Quickbase
LiveChat + Quickbase + Slack: When a new chat is started in LiveChat, a new record is created in Quickbase to track the case. A notification is then sent to a Slack channel to alert the team about the new case.
Quickbase + LiveChat + Gmail: When a record is updated in Quickbase (specifically, an issue is resolved), the flow retrieves the relevant chat transcript from LiveChat and sends it via Gmail to a designated recipient.
