Depending on your setup, data should flow between LiveChat and Shippo (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect LiveChat and Shippo
LiveChat + Shippo + Google Sheets: When a chat is deactivated in LiveChat, the automation finds the order in Shippo based on information from the chat. Then, it adds a row to a Google Sheet to track shipping costs associated with the customer interaction.
Shopify + LiveChat + Shippo: When a new order is placed in Shopify, the automation triggers. It uses this order information to find the corresponding shipping label in Shippo. Finally, it sends a message to the customer via LiveChat with the shipping status.
