Depending on your setup, data should flow between LiveChat and Supabase (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect LiveChat and Supabase
LiveChat + Supabase + Slack: When a chat is deactivated in LiveChat, the transcript details are saved as a new row in Supabase. Then, a summary of the chat is posted to a designated Slack channel for the team to review.
Supabase + LiveChat + Zendesk: When a new row is added to a Supabase table, a proactive chat message is sent to the user via LiveChat. If the user doesn't respond or the issue remains unresolved after a set time, a Zendesk ticket is automatically created.
