Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring ManyChat, Figma, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the ManyChat and Figma integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between ManyChat and Figma (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect ManyChat and Figma
ManyChat + Figma + Slack: When a user expresses interest via a custom field update in ManyChat, a comment is posted on a specified Figma file for the design team to create mockups. The Slack channel is then notified to check Figma.
ManyChat + Google Sheets + Figma: When a user provides feedback in ManyChat, a row is added to a Google Sheet to track the feedback. This data can be used to inform design improvements in Figma by allowing designers to review and analyze user feedback.
