Depending on your setup, data should flow between Memberstack and CloudTalk (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Memberstack and CloudTalk

Memberstack + CloudTalk + Slack: When a new paid member joins Memberstack, and they subsequently call customer support via CloudTalk, a notification is sent to a designated sales team channel in Slack to provide context and enable proactive follow-up.

CloudTalk + Memberstack + HubSpot: Whenever a call occurs in CloudTalk, the system searches for a matching contact in Memberstack. If a Memberstack member is found, a call engagement is created in HubSpot, logging the call details against the member's HubSpot contact record.
