Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Memberstack, ConvertAPI, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Memberstack and ConvertAPI integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Memberstack and ConvertAPI (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Memberstack and ConvertAPI

Memberstack + ConvertAPI + Google Drive: When a new member signs up in Memberstack, their profile picture URL is sent to ConvertAPI to standardize the format (e.g., convert to JPG). The converted image is then uploaded to a specified folder in Google Drive.

ConvertAPI + Memberstack + Airtable: When a document is converted using ConvertAPI, the automation updates the corresponding user's record in Memberstack with information about the conversion (e.g., successful conversion, file size). Details of the conversion are also logged as a new record in Airtable, potentially for tracking conversion metrics.
