Most powerful ways to connect Microsoft OneDrive and Atera

Atera + Microsoft OneDrive + Slack: When a new file is added to a specific folder in Microsoft OneDrive (presumably related to an Atera ticket), the automation finds a user in Slack based on the filename (assuming it contains a username or email) and sends them a direct message with a link to the file.

Atera + Microsoft OneDrive + Microsoft Teams: When a ticket is closed in Atera, the automation uploads a file to Microsoft OneDrive, and then sends a message in a Teams channel, notifying the team that the ticket is closed and related files are available on OneDrive.
