Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Microsoft SharePoint Online and Google Sheets integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Microsoft SharePoint Online and Google Sheets (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
SharePoint + Google Sheets + Microsoft Teams: When a document is added to a SharePoint folder, the document details are added as a new row in a Google Sheet. A message is then sent to a Microsoft Teams channel to notify the team about the new document.
Google Sheets + SharePoint + Microsoft Outlook: A scheduled flow retrieves data from a Google Sheet. This data is then used to generate a weekly report that is stored on SharePoint. Finally, the report is attached to an email and sent via Microsoft Outlook.
