Microsoft SQL Server + Acapela Cloud + Slack: When a new or updated row in Microsoft SQL Server indicates a critical system issue, Acapela Cloud generates an audio file from a predefined message. Slack then sends a direct message to IT staff, containing the audio file for immediate notification.
Acapela Cloud + Microsoft SQL Server + Email: After Acapela Cloud generates an audio file, the system executes a query to insert information about this voicemail transcription (filename, timestamp, etc.) into a Microsoft SQL Server database.
