Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Miro, Gravity Forms, and any additional nodes, donโt forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking โRun onceโ and triggering an event to check if the Miro and Gravity Forms integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Miro and Gravity Forms (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Miro and Gravity Forms
Gravity Forms + Miro + Slack: When a new form is submitted in Gravity Forms, a new board is created in Miro based on the form data. A notification is then sent to a specified Slack channel to inform the team about the new board and start the design process.
Gravity Forms + Miro + Google Sheets: Upon submission of a form in Gravity Forms, the data is used to create and populate a new board in Miro. The submitted form data is also simultaneously saved to a new row in Google Sheets for record-keeping and analysis.
