Most powerful ways to connect Mixpanel and Amazon Redshift
Mixpanel + Amazon Redshift + Google Sheets: When a user event is tracked in Mixpanel, the data is inserted into Amazon Redshift. A scheduled query in Redshift selects aggregated user engagement data, and this data is then added to a Google Sheet for visualization and reporting.
Amazon Redshift + Mixpanel + Slack: When new rows are added to Amazon Redshift (potentially indicating a drop in user engagement derived from Mixpanel data), a query is run to confirm this. If the query confirms the drop, a Slack message is sent to the marketing team alerting them to the issue.
