Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Moxie and Atera integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Moxie and Atera (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Moxie and Atera

Moxie + Atera + Slack: When Moxie detects a critical system error, it triggers the creation of a ticket in Atera. Subsequently, a notification is sent to a designated Slack channel to alert IT support.

Atera + Moxie + Microsoft Teams: When a ticket is updated in Atera to indicate it has been resolved, a satisfaction survey is created in Moxie. A message is then posted in a Microsoft Teams channel with a summary of the survey results and a link to the full survey results.
