Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Moxie, Google Sheets, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Moxie and Google Sheets integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Moxie and Google Sheets (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Moxie and Google Sheets
Moxie + Google Sheets + Slack: When a new form submission is created in Moxie, the details are added as a new row in Google Sheets. Then, a message is sent to a Slack channel to notify the team about the new feedback.
Google Sheets + Moxie + Email: A new row added in Google Sheets triggers a sentiment analysis of the data via Moxie. The analysis result is then sent in a weekly email report.
