Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Nimble, CloudTalk, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Nimble and CloudTalk integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Nimble and CloudTalk (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Nimble and CloudTalk
CloudTalk + Nimble + Slack: When a new call is received in CloudTalk, this automation checks if the caller is already a contact in Nimble. If not, it creates a new contact. Regardless, it sends a notification to a Slack channel, including the call details and a link to the Nimble contact (if it exists or was created).
CloudTalk + Nimble + Google Sheets: Upon a new call in CloudTalk, the automation finds or creates a corresponding contact in Nimble. It then logs the call details and a summary in a Google Sheets spreadsheet for reporting purposes, including the Nimble contact ID.
