Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Depending on your setup, data should flow between Notion and Microsoft Teams (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Notion and Microsoft Teams

Notion + Jira + Microsoft Teams: When a new task is created in a Notion database, a corresponding issue is created in Jira. A notification with the Jira issue details is then sent to a specified Microsoft Teams channel.

Microsoft Teams + Notion + Google Calendar: When a new message is posted in a Microsoft Teams channel, the content is appended to a specific page in Notion. Then, a Google Calendar event is created based on information extracted from the Teams message and Notion page.
