Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the OCR Space and Google Drive integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between OCR Space and Google Drive (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect OCR Space and Google Drive
Google Drive + OCR Space + Slack: When a new invoice file is added to a specific folder in Google Drive, OCR Space converts the image into text. Then, a summary of the extracted text is posted to a designated Slack channel for the accounting team.
Google Drive + OCR Space + Airtable: When a new document is added to Google Drive, OCR Space extracts the data from the scanned document. This extracted data is then used to update an Airtable database.
