Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the OCR Space and Google Sheets integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between OCR Space and Google Sheets (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect OCR Space and Google Sheets

OCR Space + Google Sheets + Airtable: Extracts text from scanned documents using OCR Space, populates a Google Sheet with the extracted data, and then creates a new record in Airtable with the spreadsheet data for reporting.

Google Sheets + OCR Space + Slack: Monitors a Google Sheet for new rows containing image URLs. When a new URL is added, OCR Space extracts the text from the image, and Slack sends a summary of the extracted text to a specified channel.
