Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Okta, Browser Use, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Okta and Browser Use integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Okta and Browser Use (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Okta and Browser Use

Okta + Browser Use + Slack: This automation monitors Okta for new login events. When a new event occurs, Browser Use performs a search to gather more details related to the event. If the Browser Use search reveals unusual activity, a Slack message is sent to a security team channel to alert them.

Browser Use + Okta + Google Sheets: This flow starts by running a browser automation task using Browser Use to scrape employee directory data. The scraped data is then used to update user details in Okta. Finally, the updated user details are added as a new row in a Google Sheet for record-keeping and analysis.
