How to connect OpenAI Responses and Cloudinary

Create a New Scenario to Connect OpenAI Responses and Cloudinary

Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring OpenAI Responses, Cloudinary, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy."
