Depending on your setup, data should flow between PagerDuty and QuestionPro (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect PagerDuty and QuestionPro
PagerDuty + QuestionPro + Slack: When a PagerDuty incident is resolved, trigger a QuestionPro user survey to gather feedback from affected users. The survey results are then summarized and sent to a designated Slack channel for review and analysis.
QuestionPro + PagerDuty + Microsoft Teams: When a new response to a QuestionPro survey is received, check if the response contains negative feedback based on predefined criteria. If negative feedback is detected, a PagerDuty incident is triggered and a notification is sent via Microsoft Teams to alert the team for immediate action.
