Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Pinecone, Gravity Forms, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Pinecone and Gravity Forms integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Pinecone and Gravity Forms (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Pinecone and Gravity Forms

Gravity Forms + Pinecone + OpenAI ChatGPT: When a new form is submitted via Gravity Forms, the submission data is used to search Pinecone for relevant information. OpenAI ChatGPT then uses this information to generate a personalized response that can be sent back to the user or stored for later use.

Gravity Forms + Pinecone + HubSpot: When a new form is submitted via Gravity Forms, the entry data is used to search Pinecone for related past interactions. This information helps to update or create a contact in HubSpot with improved segmentation based on the user's history and form data.
