Create a New Scenario to Connect Pipedrive and CloudTalk
In the workspace, click the โCreate New Scenarioโ button.
Add the First Step
Add the first node โ a trigger that will initiate the scenario when it receives the required event. Triggers can be scheduled, called by a Pipedrive, triggered by another scenario, or executed manually (for testing purposes). In most cases, Pipedrive or CloudTalk will be your first step. To do this, click "Choose an app," find Pipedrive or CloudTalk, and select the appropriate trigger to start the scenario.

Select the Pipedrive node from the app selection panel on the right.

Configure the Pipedrive
Click on the Pipedrive node to configure it. You can modify the Pipedrive URL and choose between DEV and PROD versions. You can also copy it for use in further automations.
Add the CloudTalk Node
Next, click the plus (+) icon on the Pipedrive node, select CloudTalk from the list of available apps, and choose the action you need from the list of nodes within CloudTalk.

Authenticate CloudTalk
Now, click the CloudTalk node and select the connection option. This can be an OAuth2 connection or an API key, which you can obtain in your CloudTalk settings. Authentication allows you to use CloudTalk through Latenode.

Next, configure the nodes by filling in the required parameters according to your logic. Fields marked with a red asterisk (*) are mandatory.

Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Pipedrive, CloudTalk, and any additional nodes, donโt forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking โRun onceโ and triggering an event to check if the Pipedrive and CloudTalk integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Pipedrive and CloudTalk (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Pipedrive + Slack + CloudTalk: When a deal reaches the 'won' stage in Pipedrive, a message is sent to a designated Slack channel notifying the sales team. Additionally, an activity is created in CloudTalk to log the post-sale follow-up.
CloudTalk + Pipedrive + Google Sheets: Every new call in CloudTalk triggers a search for the contact in Pipedrive. If the contact exists, the call details are logged in Google Sheets, along with the Pipedrive contact ID. If the contact does not exist, it will still log the call but without the Pipedrive Contact ID
