Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Pipedrive, Pinecone, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking β€œRun once” and triggering an event to check if the Pipedrive and Pinecone integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Pipedrive and Pinecone (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Pipedrive and Pinecone

Pipedrive + Pinecone + Slack: When a deal reaches a specific stage in Pipedrive, the associated organization's details are extracted and used to update a vector in Pinecone. Subsequently, a message is sent to a designated Slack channel to notify the sales team about the updated deal and organization details.

Pinecone + Pipedrive + Google Sheets: Utilizing Pinecone to search for relevant client interactions based on a specific query, the resulting insights are then used to update the corresponding deal in Pipedrive. Finally, a summary of these interactions and the deal update is recorded in a Google Sheet for tracking and reporting purposes.
