Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Podio, Cloudinary, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Podio and Cloudinary integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Podio and Cloudinary (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Podio and Cloudinary

Podio + Cloudinary + Slack: When a new item with images is added to Podio, the images are uploaded to Cloudinary. Then, a notification is sent to a Slack channel with details and a link to the Cloudinary resource.

Cloudinary + Podio + Airtable: When new images are uploaded to Cloudinary, a new item is created in Podio. Details about the uploaded image, such as the URL and public ID, are then logged as a new record in Airtable for tracking and reporting.
