Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Podio, Inoreader, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Podio and Inoreader integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Podio and Inoreader (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Podio and Inoreader

Inoreader + Podio + Slack: When a new article is found in a specific Inoreader folder (likely tracking competitors), a new item is created in Podio to log the insight. A notification is then sent to a designated Slack channel to alert the sales team.

Inoreader + Podio + Slack: Tracks industry news in Inoreader using 'New Article in Folder' trigger. When a new article appears, key insights are added as a comment to an existing Podio item and a message is sent to a Slack channel.
